Ingredients for Til Chikki: 1 Cup Sesame Seeds 1 Cup Sugar 1 tsp Ghee
Ingredients for Dry Fruits Chikki: 1 Cup Dry Fruits, chopped (Almonds & Cashews) 1 Cup Sugar 1 tsp Ghee
Method: To make tilachi (sesame seeds)chikki - First dry roast the sesame seeds till they change color. - Heat a flat bottom pan. Add sugar and let it melt completely. - Once the sugar melts, switch off the flame and add roasted sesame seeds. Mix everything well. - Pour the mixture on a greased flat surface. Flatten it out and let it cool down for 15 minutes. - Cut it in squares and serve.
