१५० gm मैदा मीठ १-२ मोठे चमचे तेल पाणी १५० gm तीळ १५० gm साधा गुळ १ कप भाजलेलं खोबरं १/२ कप शेंगदाण्याचे कुट १ चमचा खसखस
Ingredients:
2 cups Maida Salt to taste 2 tbsp Oil Water 150 gms Til (Sesame Seeds) 150 gms Gul (Jaggery) 1 Cup Grated & Roasted Coconut 1/2 Cup crushed Groundnut 1 tbsp Khas Khas
Method:
- In a bowl, add maida, oil, water and kneed a medium soft dough. Once the dough is ready add some oil and let it rest for 15-20 mins. - In a bowl, add crushed til, grated coconut, crushed groundnut, khas khas, gul & elaichi powder. Mix all the ingredients. Add ghee and mix well. - Make medium size balls of the dough and fill them with til mixture. Roll the balls to make a flat roti. - Heat a pan and roast the roti by applying ghee on both the sides. Like wise make all the rotis. - Serve these hot rotis with ghee.
