Learn how to make Kathiyawadi Vaghareli Khichdi at home with our Chef Ruchi
Kathiyawadi Vaghareli Khichdi is a delicious and wholesome dish from the Kathiyawad region of Gujarat, India. It's a variation of the traditional khichdi, which is a mix of rice and lentils cooked together. We have made Kathiyawadi Vaghareli Khichdi EXTRAORDINARY using MAGGI Masala-Ae-Magic, which is a blend of roasted spices like green cardamom, clove and aniseed which makes the dish aromatic, giving it an authentic flavour.
