Learn how to make Naivedya Thali with Chef Shilpa on Ruchkar Mejwani.

Ganesh Chaturthi is the most awaited festival, not only in Maharashtra but across the western part of the country. These 11 days are filled with laughter, lights, and obviously, food. It's the time to gorge on countless modaks, puran poli and subsume in the collective spirit of the festival, which is marked by several classic dishes, though they're prepared differently in different households.. Of the traditions central to Ganesh Chathurti, the one I love the most is around preparing naivedya, which involves offering food to Lord Ganesha and typically comprises a range of dishes.
