ingredients :
Dill Leaves (washed & chopped) - 2cups
Coriander Leaves - ¼ cup
1- inch Ginger (chopped)
Garlic Cloves - 6-7
Green Chillies (chopped) - 2
Cumin Seeds - 1tbsp
Water - 1tbsp
Sesame Seeds - 1tbsp
Red Chilli Powder - 1tsp
Coriander & Cumin Seeds Powder - 1tbsp
Turmeric Powder - ¼ tsp
Salt (as per taste)
Oil - 2tbsp
Chickpea Flour - 1cup
Rice Flour - ¼cup
Water (as required)
Oil (for greasing)
Sesame Seeds (as required)
Oil - 2tbsp

Today we are going to make Sepuchi Vadi.

Sepu contains a lot of Vitamin A and Vitamin C.

It is a must-have in your diet.

Let's start.

For this, I have washed and chopped 2 cups of Sepu.

For this, first we will take 1/4 cup of coriander seeds in a mixer grinder.

Now goes ginger.

6 to 7 garlic cloves.

Add 1 tbsp water.

Grind the mixture well.

We have ground the mixture coarsely.

First, we will take Sepuchi Bhaji in a mixing bowl.

Now goes the ground mixture.

We need a little liquid batter.
