Raw Mango Salad Recipe by Annuradha Toshniwal - Vegetarian [HD] INGREDIENTS- 1 cup raw mango grated 1 cup cucumber peeled and grated 1/2 cup capsicum chopped fine 2 tbsp. coriander leaves chopped 2-3 tbsp. peanuts roasted and coarsely crushed sweet chilli sauce salt per taste
METHOD- - Mix together the mango, cucmber and capsicum. - Add salt and just enough sauce and mix well. - Plate in the serving plate and garnish with coriander and peanuts. Serve chilled.
