Ingredients: ¾ cup All-Purpose Flour ½ tsp Salt 1 tsp Powdered Sugar 1 tsp Instant Yeast ⅓ cup Lukewarm Water All-Purpose Flour (for dusting) 1 tsp Oil Rest the dough for 1 hour 1½ tsp Oil 2 Garlic Cloves (sliced) 1 Onion (sliced) Salt (as per taste) Water (as required) 3 tbsp Harissa Paste 3 tbsp Tomato Puree ½ cup Chickpeas (soaked & boiled) Mash it lightly Water (as required) Let it cool completely All-Purpose Flour (for dusting) All-Purpose Flour (for dusting) Roll it making sure the edges are thin Add in the prepared stuffing Oil (for frying) Cook till golden brown & crisp on one side Water (as required) Steam for 10 min. Open the lid & let the water evaporate Chilli Flakes (for garnish)
