Ingredient: 1 tbsp water 1.5 tsp gelatin 1/2 cup cream 3 tbsp maple syrup 3 tbsp castor sugar 1/4 cup white chocolate chips 1 cup buttermilk 12 strawberry (roughly chopped) 4 tbsp castor sugar 1 tsp lemon juice Sugar
Method: - Soak gelatin in water and keep it aside - Add cream, maple syrup, castor sugar, white chocolate chips to a pan and heat it - Whisk while its heating up and keep whisking till the chocolate chips melts and dissolves - Add soaked gelatin to the mixture and whisk it again - Add buttermilk, cook it for sometime and get it off the flame - Add vanilla essence, mix it and strain it to get a smooth mixture - Let it 15 mins to cool down and then refrigerate it for another 15 mins - In a heated pan, add strawberries, castor sugar and keep stirring it - Cook it till the sugar melts and strawberries cook without letting the sugar to get caramalised - Pour lemon juice and mix it well - Melt some sugar - On a tray, put a butter papper and make random design with the melted caramalised sugar - Once the designs are set, peel them off and serve it with panna cotta and strawberry sauce
