Grilled Tomatoes - Quick Party Starter Recipe by Annuradha Toshniwal - Vegetarian [HD] INGREDIENTS (For 2 persons) - 2 red tomatoes - oil - salt - pepper - optional seasonings - (mixed herbs, red chilli flakes, grated cheese, chopped basil)
METHOD- - Heat a non stick pan. - Cut off the top and bottom of the tomatoes. - Brush both sides with oil. - Place them on the pan. Till they brown, overturn them and let them sizzle. - Season and serve.
