Mutton Keema Samosa is an Indian and Pakistani triangular-shaped snack in which a spicy and smoky minced mutton filling is placed within a pastry sheet (samosa sheets, samosa patti), which is then deep-fried till golden brown and crispy. This snack is extremely addicting since it has a crispy layer on the exterior and juicy, spicy keema masala inside.
