Puran Poli is a popular Maharashtrian sweet flatbread dish made with wheat flour and stuffed with sweetened chana dal. Although it is traditionally made for special events or during the festival season, it may be made and stored whenever you like. It tastes great when consumed or served warm with lots of ghee.
