Chicken Pokora Karahi: Ingredients: Chicken boneless 1 cup Gram flour 1 cup Nigella seeds 1 tsp Fennel seeds 1 tsp Cumin 1 tsp Coriander crushed 1 tsp Salt as required Red chili powder 1 tbsp Sweet soda 1 pinch METHOD: Ingredients for Karahi Gravy: Oil ¼ cup Ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp Green chili paste 1 tbsp Fenugreek seeds 1 tsp Tomato 1 cup Yogurt 2 tbsp All spice powder ½ tsp Salt as required Red chili powder 1 tbsp Cumin 1 tsp Whole coriander 1 tbsp Ginger for garnish Green coriander for garnish METHOD: Mix chicken, gram flour, all ingredients with water in bowl and left for 10 to 15 minutes. Heat oil in wok fry pakora and pour on gravy. Heat oil in wok fry ginger garlic paste. Add all spices cook well. add yogurt and cook for 3 to 4 minute. Add pakoras mix well. garnish with ginger and coriander. Serve.
APPLE KA MEETHA: Apple 500 gm Sugar 2 tbsp Cinnamon powder ¼ tsp Milk 1 liter Sugar 1 cup Corn flour 1 tbsp Coconut powder 1 tbsp
METHOD: In pan add chopped apples, sugar, cinnamon and water cook for 10 to 15 minute on low flame. When apple becomes soften then mash them. Pour apple mixture in serving dish. Heat milk in sauce pan. Add sugar and coconut powder. When it boils add corn flour mix well. Pour apple mixture and cool.
ANDA ALOO QORMA: Boiled eggs 4 Potato boiled 2 cup Oil ¼ cup Ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp Yogurt 1 cup Fried onion 2 tbsp Red chili powder 1 tbsp Turmeric powder ½ tsp Coriander powder 1 tbsp Whole all spice 1 tsp Mace and nutmeg powder ½ tsp Screw pine essence 1 tsp Food color as required METHOD: Heat oil add ginger garlic paste. Add all spices cook well. add yogurt and cook for 2 to 3 minute . add fried onion cook till oil separate from gravy. Add eggs and potatoes cook. Dish out and serve.
