Sohanjna ki Phali :
Ingredients: Sohanjna beans ½ kg Cumin Seeds 1 tbsp Crushed coconut 2 tbsp Chopped onion 1 Salt to taste Red chili powder 1 tsp Turmeric powder ½ tsp Coriander powder 1 tsp Oil ½ cup Water 2 cups All spice powder ½ tsp Green chilies 2-3
Method: Roast cumin seeds and coconut. Boil beans and set aside. Heat oil and saute onion in it then add salt, red chili powder, turmeric, coriander powder and cook then add ½ cup water, boiled beans, all spice powder, roasted cumin and coconut. Then add green chilies simmer and serve.
White Mutton Karahi:
Ingredients: Mutton 700gm Yogurt 1 cup Blended onion 1 cup Oil ½ cup Cream ½ cup White pepper powder 1 tsp All spices ½ tsp Salt to taste Black pepper as required Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp Cumin seeds 1 tsp Green chilies 3 to serve Julienned ginger to serve Mutton stock 2 cups Milk ½ cup Water as required
Method: Boil mutton with green chilies and ginger garlic paste. Heat oil adds cumin seeds, blended onion and cook. Then add ginger garlic paste, mutton, salt, white pepper, black pepper, and yogurt and cook well. Add milk, cream and cook for 1 minute. Then add green chilies, ginger, all spice and serve.
