Hara Masala Chicken
Ingredients:
Chicken 700gm
Salt to taste
Black pepper (crushed) 1 tbsp
Coriander powder 1 tbsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp
Cream 3 tbsp
Yogurt ½ cup
Green chilies 3-5
Green Onions 3
Mint leaves 1 bunch
Green Coriander 1 bunch
Dried fenugreek 1 tsp
Water ½ cup
Oil ½ cup
Butter 1tbsp

Method:
Mix green coriander, green chilies, mint, green onion, yogurt and water in a blender. Heat oil add ginger garlic paste and saute with chicken. Then add salt, coriander powder, crushed black pepper, cumin powder and blended paste then cook till chicken gets tender. When water gets dry then add dried fenugreek and let it simmer. Add butter, cream and serve.

Lobia Masala
Ingredients:
Black eyed peas (boiled) 2 cups
Onion 1 medium
Tomatoes (chopped) 2 medium
Green chilies 3
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Turmeric powder ½ tsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tbsp
All spice 1 tsp
Dried fenugreek 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Chopped coriander 2 tbsp
Oil ½ cup
Julienned ginger 1tsp

Method:
Heat oil and cook cumin seeds when they start spluttering then add onion and cook till golden. Add ginger garlic paste, tomatoes, salt, turmeric, red chili, coriander powder, green chili, ½ cup water and cook well. Add boiled black eyed peas and let it simmer by adding dried fenugreek and ½ cup water. When gravy and black eyed peas cook well then add all spice, green chilies, ginger, fresh coriander and serve.
