Chicken Timatar Curry:

Ingredients

Chicken 1kg
Tomato Paste 2 cup
Tamarind Pulp 1/2cup
Bay Leaves 2
Mustard Seeds 1 tsp
Salt 1tsp
Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
Curry Leaves 6
Onion Paste 1cup
All spice 1tsp
Oil as required
Coriander Leaves as required
Green Chilies as required
Method:
In a chicken, add onion paste, salt, turmeric, ginger garlic paste, water and cook.
When chicken are tender, dries water and removes from the stove.
In a pan, add heat oil add curry leaves, bay leaves, mustard seeds, garam masala powder,tamarind pulp, tomatoes and fry.
Then add boiled chicken and let it simmer.
In the end, sprinkles coriander leaves,green chilies and serve.

Kheeray ka salad:

Ingredients

Cucumbers 4
Onion 1
Lemon juice 1lemon
Black pepper ½ tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Crushed pepper ½ tsp
Coriander 4tbsp
Spring onions 1


Method
Chopped veggies thinly , now in a bowl mix lemon juice ,black pepper, salt and crushed pepper . now add this mixtures on the veggies & serve.

Murgh Chana Daal:

Ingredients
Chicken ½ kg
Bengal Gram Lentil (boiled) 250 gm
Dry Fenugreek 2 tbsp
Green Chilies 10
Turmeric 1tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Cumin Seeds (chopped) 1tbsp
Black Peppercorns 1 tsp
Tomato Paste ½ kg
All spice 1 tsp
Clarified butter 1 cup
Ginger Garlic 1 tbsp
Red Chili 1tsp
Method:
In a pan,heat ghee add ginger garlic and fry.
When aroma comes add karahi pieces and fry well.
`Then add tomato paste,fenugreek seeds,turmeric powder,salt, cumin seeds, black peper, red chili and fry well.
After this, add boiled Bengal gram lentil and cook for 20 minutes.
When dries water, add green chilies, garam masala and serve.
