Chicken Qeema Katakat: Ingredients: Chicken mince ½ kg Finely cut onion 1 Chopped ginger garlic 1-1/2 tbsp Boiled cut tomatoes 3-4 Yogurt 4 tbsp Dried fenugreek leaves 1 tsp Oil ½ cup Butter 2 tbsp Salt 1-1/2 tsp Turmeric ¼ tsp All spice powder 1 tsp Green coriander ½ bunch Green chilies 2-3 Finely cut ginger 1 tbsp Chaat masala 1 tsp Carom seeds 2 pinch Method Add onion, tomato, chopped ginger garlic and oil in a pan and cook covered. After 15 minutes add mince, salt, red chili, turmeric, dried fenugreek leaves and yogurt and cook till water gets dries. Now add all spice powder, chaat masala and carom seeds the make katakat. Add butter and mix. Then add green coriander and green chilies and serve hot.
Maash Ki Daal Fry: Ingredients: Boiled white lentil 2 cup Boiled cut tomatoes ¾ cup Chopped onion 1 Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp Green chili, coriander as required Ginger as required Salt, red chili as required Turmeric as required Whole mix all spice as required Curry leaves as required Clarified butter ½ cup All spice powder ½ tsp Dried fenugreek leaves 1 tsp Method Add little salt in white lentil and boil it. Heat clarified butter in pan and fry onion in it. Also add ginger garlic paste, salt, red chili, turmeric, whole all spice and curry leaves and sauté gravy well. Now add boiled lentil, dried fenugreek leaves, all spice powder and ½ cup water and leave it on dum. When it got mix well then add green coriander, green chilies and ginger then serve,
