Spicy Fish Curry: Ingredients: Fish 500 gm Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp Salt to taste All spice Powder 1 tsp Yogurt 4 tbsp Oil for frying Ingredients for Masala: Onion Paste 1 Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp Yogurt ½ cup Tomatoes (chopped) 4 Red Chili Powder 1 tsp Turmeric ½ tsp Fenugreek Seeds ¼ tsp Curry Leaves 10-12 Garlic (crushed) 1 tbsp Button Red Chilies 6-8 Desiccated Coconut 2 tbsp Oil ¾ cup Coriander Leaves, Green Chilies as required All spice Powder ½ tsp Tamarind Pulp 2 tbsp Method: In a fish add all the given ingredients and leave for 1 hour. Now heat oil add fish and fry. Formasala: Heat oil add fenugreek seeds and fry. Now add button red chilies, garlic, curry leaves and little fry. Then add all the given ingredients except desiccated coconut and fry. After this, add tamarind pulp, coconut, green chilies, coriander leaves, fish pieces and mix it. Then let it simmer for 5 minutes and take it out. Serve with boiled rice.
Tamatar Pulao: Ingredients: Sella rice (boiled) 1/2kg Butter 2+2 tbsp Oil 1/2cup Green chili (cut lengthwise) 6-7 Tomatoes (small cubes) 3/4cup Mustard seeds 1tsp Tomato puree 4tbsp Asafoetida 1 piece Chicken stock 1cup Eggs (boiled) 3 Lemon juice 1tbsp Salt to taste Red chili (powder) 1tsp Method: Firstly, heat oil and butter in a pan and fry asafoetida. Now add tomato puree, salt and red chili powder to roast a bit. now add chicken stock and boiled Sella rice to simmer. After that fry green chili in butter separately. After the rice are simmered mix tomatoes and green chili to garnish it with boiled eggs and serve.
