Arhar Dal Fry:
Ingredients:
Split Pigeon peas 1 cup
Red chili 1 tbsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Chopped green chilies 6
Lemons 2
Garlic (peel and crushed) 4 cloves
Coriander seeds 1 tsp
White cumin 1 tsp
Salt 1tsp
Oil ½ cup
Mint leaves 2 tbsp
Method:
Wash and soak Lentil. Add in 1 tsp coriander, cumin and crush them. Add hot water in the lentil and also add in turmeric and cook it. in the pan, add in 1/2 cup oil, golden fry chopped garlic. add in red chili flakes, turmeric, chopped green chilies, coriander seeds and 1 tsp cumin. Cook it and add the lentil. The add in milk, simmer it and add lemon juice. Serve hot.

Spicy Fish Curry :

Ingredients

Boneless fish cubes ½ kg
Onion sliced 1
Oil ½ cup
Salt 2tsp
Fenugreek dried 1tbsp
Garlic chopped 1tbsp
Ginger sliced 2tbsp
Cayenne pepper 3
Turmeric 1tsp
Tamarind paste 4tbsp
Red chili powder 1tsp
Tomatoes 3
Coriander powder 2tbsp
Carom 1-1/2 tbsp
Lemon juice 1tbsp
Boil rice for serving
Method:
In fish 1 tsp salt ½ tsp turmeric ,carom, red chili powder and lemon juice mix and leave to marinate for 1 hour .now in a pan heat oil and fry fish from both sides for 5 to 6minutes and remove .then fry onion add ginger slice and crushed garlic mix and fry for a minute .after this add tomatoes ,coriander powder and talhar chili add and cook for 10 minutes .add 2 cup of water and then grind and make paste ..now add fish ,salt ,tamarind paste ,turmeric and dry fenugreek add and cook for 10 minutes .finally mix and serve with naan or rice.

Open face sandwich :
Ingredients:
Chicken fries 1 packet
Capsicum chopped ½ cup
Oregano ½ tsp
Chili garlic sauce 2 tbsp
Cheddar cheese 1 cup
Chaat masala 1 tbsp
Sandwich bread 6 slices
Pizza sauce 1 cup
Method:
Chicken fries fry in oil and set aside . then add chaat masala ,Capsicum chopped,Oregano,Chili garlic sauce , Chicken fries and cheddar cheese then bake for 5 minutes and serve.
