Crispy Fish & Chips:
Ingredients
Boneless fish ½ kg
Oil for frying
Potatoes with skin (wedges) ½ kg
Mayonnaise ½ cup
Pickled cucumbers (chopped) 2
Chilli sauce 1 tbsp
Crispy mix:
Flour 1 cup
Baking powder 1 tsp
Chicken powder 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
White pepper 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Corn flour ½ cup
Method
Divide the crispy fry mix into 3 tbsp and 5 tbsp separately. Add ¼ cup of water to 3 tbsp mix and blend well. Dry the fish and coat in the dry mix. Then dip in the prepared batter. Now coat the fish in dry mix again. Heat oil in a pan. When hot, add fish and fry on medium heat for 10 minutes. Remove the fish from pan and set aside. In a bowl, add mayonnaise, pickled cucumber, chilli sauce and 4 tbsp of water. Mix and set aside. For chips, in divided batter potatoes coat then heat oil in a pan and fry potato wedges on medium heat for 10 minutes. Serve the fish hot with chips and sauce.

Saag Ghotala:
Ingredients:
Spinach 250 grams
Pigweed leaves 250 grams
Fresh fenugreek or dry fenugreek as required
Ginger garlic paste 3 tbsp
Onion 1
Green chilies 3-4
Crushed red chili 3-4
Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Crushed black pepper ½ tsp
Cumin powder ½ tsp
Garam masala powder ½ tsp
Butter 4-5 tbsp
Oil 3-4 tbsp
Salt to taste

Almond brownies :
Ingredients:
Almond powder ¾ cup
Walnuts ½ cup
Eggs 2
Sugar 2/3 cup
Coco powder 5 tbsp
Oil ¼ cup
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
