Aalu ki Masalaydar Qatliyan: Ingredients:
Sliced potatoes 400 gm Oil ¼ cup Whole red chilies 3 Cumin seeds 1 tsp Curry leaves 6-7 Salt to taste Red chili flakes 1 tsp Turmeric ½ tsp Tomatoes 2
Method: Heat oil add cumin seeds, whole red chilies and curry leaves when they starts spluttering then add tomatoes, turmeric, red chili flakes, salt, potatoes then cover and cook till it gets tender.
Sindhi Fry Fish: Ingredients:
Fish 750 gm Red chili powder 1 tbsp Coriander powder 1-1/2 tbsp Turmeric ½ tsp Salt 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp Lemon juice 2 tbsp Oil 1 cup
Method: Mix all ingredients and marinate fish in this. Then heat oil and shallow fry fish in it.
