Beef Steak Wraps: Ingredients: Beef undercut sliced ½ kg Onion rings of 1 large onion Cheddar cheese 1 cup Chapatti 4 Salt ½ tsp Black pepper 1 tbsp Oil 5 tbsp Iceberg sliced 1-1/2 cup Oyster sauce ¼ cup Spring onion sliced 1 cup Chopped garlic 2 tbsp Sugar 1 tsp Soy sauce 2 tsp Chili sauce 2 tbsp Method: Heat oil in a pan then add onion and fry for 5 minutes. Remove and set aside. In the same pan add garlic and fry for a minute then add beef and fry on high heat for 6 to 8 minutes. Now add oyster sauce, salt, chili sauce ,soya sauce , sugar, black pepper and fry for a minute and set aside. Now heat chapatti in a pan then place fried onion, beef, cheddar cheese and iceberg then roll and serve.
Madrasi Handi:
Ingredients Chicken 600grams Oil 4 tbsp Onion 1 Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tbsp Salt to taste Red Chili Powder 1 tbsp Green chilies 3 Yogurt 1/2 cup Coriander powder 1 tbsp Cumin Powder 1 tbsp Garam Masala Powder 1 tbsp Tomato Paste 5 Nigella sativa 1 tbsp Dried fenugreek 1 tbsp Fennel Seeds 1 tbsp Mustard seeds 1 tbsp Cream 1/2 cup Stock 1/2 cup Green Coriander 5grams Butter 1 tbsp Method: In a pan, add onion, ginger garlic paste and sauté. Now, add the chicken and cook for 2-3 minutes. Now, add salt, red chili powder, green chili, yogurt, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder and cook for a while. Now, add tomato paste, kalonji, kasurimethi, fennel seeds, mustard seeds and simmer for 4-5 minutes. Now, add cream, stock, green coriander, butter and cook for a while. Your tasty Madrasi Handi is ready to serve.
Waldorf salad : Ingredients: Apples ½ kg Boiled walnuts chunks ½ cup Mayonnaise ½ cup Salt 1 tsp Black pepper powder ½ tsp Method: All ingredients mix in a bowl and serve it .
