Kaleji Gurday Ki Karahi:
Ingredients:
Mutton Liver ½ kg
Mutton Kidney 250 grams
Yogurt 250 grams
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Karahi masala 2 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Finely cut ginger 1 tbsp
Kasoori fenugreek 1 tbsp
Onion 1
Tomato 3
Green chili 2 slices
Green coriander 2 tbsp
Black pepper 1 tbsp
Roasted cumin 1 tbsp
All spice powder ½ tsp
Oil ½ cup
Method:
In a bowl yogurt and masala mix .then add lever and kidney and marinate .then in a pan heat oil and fry onion and tomato .then add marinated lever and kidney and cook for 15 to 20 minutes .now add finely cut ginger and kasoori fenugreek and leave on dum .finely add green chili and green coriander and serve .

Beans Salad :
Ingredients:
Red kidney beans 1 cup
Tomato cubes 2
Chopped cucumber 2
Green coriander 2 tbsp
Chopped green onion ½ cup
Apple cubes 1
For dressing ingredients:
Yogurt 1 cup
Mayonnaise ½ cup
Orange juice powder 2 tbsp
Sugar 2 tbsp
Cream 2 tbsp
Method:
All ingredients mix and cool then serve it .

Baked Cheesy Chicken :

Ingredients:

Chicken Breast 1
Egg 1
All Propose Flour 4 tbsp
Breadcrumbs 4 tbsp
Salt To taste
Pepper To taste
Tomatoes 2
Onions 1
Cheddar Cheese 50 g
Olive Oil ¼ cup
Garlic 2 cloves
Oil 1 cup


Method:
Coat the chicken breast in flour. Beat the egg in a separate bowl and add salt and black pepper. Dip the chicken breast in the egg wash Then cover it with the bread crumbs. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the chicken till light brown. In a hot pan add olive oil, followed by crushed garlic and fry till golden brown. Add the chopped tomatoes and the onions Sautee for 2 to 4 minutes and set aside. Cover the chicken breast with the sauce. Put the cheese over the sauce and chicken. Put the chicken in the oven for 6 minutes at 220°C.
