Gulab Ka Sharbat: Ingredients: Rose leaves 100 gm Sugar 400 gm Rose water 1 tbsp Water 1 cup Method: In sauce pan add all ingredients cook for 15 to 20 minutes. Then blend well. pour sharbat in glass. Add ice and serve.
Chicken Daleem: Ingredients: Split Bengal gram 2 cup Split Black gram 1 cup Barley broken wheat 2 cup Chicken boneless 1 kg Oil 1 cup Curry leaves 12 - 15 Ginger paste 2 tbsp Garlic paste 2 tbsp Green chili paste 2 tbsp Fried onion ¼ cup Red chili powder 2 tbsp Turmeric powder 1 tsp Coriander power 2 tbsp All spice powder 1 tbsp Salt as required Dried ginger 1 tsp Fennel powder 1 tsp Ingredients for TARKA: Oil 1 cup Garlic chopped 1 tbsp Red chili powder 1 tsp cumin 1 tbsp Method: Soak all lentils for 1 to 2 hour. Boiled lentil till done. Heat oil and fry garlic. Add chicken with all spices cook for 10 to 15 minute. Also shred the chicken. Grind all lentils and add chicken, mix well. For tarka heat oil, add garlic, cumin and red chili fry well. Pour on daleem and serve.
Chana Qabuli Pulao: Ingredients: Rice sela 1kg White chickpeas 250 gm Potatoes 500 gm Onion sliced 1 Green chili paste 1 tbsp Ginger and garlic paste 1 tbsp Fenugreek 1 tsp Cumin seeds 1 tbsp Salt as required Chicken powder 1 tbsp Dried plum ¼ cup Raisins 1 tbsp Method: Heat oil, fry onion till brown in color. Add potatoes, chickpeas and all spices cook for 1 to 2 minute. Add water and boil them. Add rice and left for simmer. When done dish out and serve.
