Ginger-Garlic Paste 500 gms. Chicken 1 tsp. Turmeric Powder 2 tsp. Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp. Garam Masala Salt, to taste Tadi (Palm Wine) Method:- - In a kadhai heat oil and add ginger-garlic paste and chicken to it. - Then add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala and salt. Mix well. - Now add the Toddy (Palm Wine) until the chicken is fully submerged in it and stir. - Cover with a lid and cook for 30 minutes or until only half the gravy is left. - Serve with Bhakari or Amboli.
