Qeema darbari :
Ingredients
Chicken mince ½ kg Onion 2 Tomatoes 2 Yogurt 1cup Cream ½ cup Almond powder 1tbsp Cardamom powder ½ tsp Red chili 1tsp Turmeric 1tsp Salt ½ tsp Ginger garlic 2tbsp Cumin 1tsp Black pepper crushed 1tsp Clarified butter ½ cup Green chilies, coriander as required
Method Heat clarified butter and sauté onion , now add ginger garlic, red chilies , salt , turmeric, almond powder , cardamom powder , cumin , black pepper, tomatoes and roast well. Now add chicken mince cover and cook , when water dries add yogurt , cream , green chilies and coriander simmer and serve.
Sawaiyan kaju custard :
Ingredients
Milk 1liter Vermicelli’s ½ cup Cashew nut ½ cup Custard powder 2tbsp Cardamom powder ½ tsp Butter 50gm Sugar 1cup Milk powder 1cup Dried whole milk ½ cup
Method Chop cashew nut finely , now in a pan heat butter and fry vermicelli’s and cashew nuts .now add milk , when vermicelli’s tender then add sugar and cardamom ground , now add soaked custard powder cook till thick add powder milk , lastly add whole dried milk and cashew nuts and serve.
Tikka boti fried rice :
Ingredients
Tikka boti 1packet Boil rice ½ kg Spring onion 250gm Capsicum 250gm Carrot 250gm Soya sauce 2tbsp Black pepper 1tsp Salt 1tsp Oil 4-5tbsp Garlic 1tbsp
Method Heat oil fry garlic , now add tikka boti fry 2to3 min , now add veggies cook 2 to 3 min , now add spices , tikka oti and boil rice with soya sauce cimmer 10 min and serve.
