Ingredients 15 gms custard powder 150 ml milk 25 gms sugar 250 ml Mango pulp 250 gms whipped cream 2 fresh mangoes Mint leaves
Method: - In a bowl add vanilla custard powder and add some milk to it and keep it aside - In a pan add milk and boil it then add the custard powder slurry and sugar & keep it whisking - In a glass bowl add the mixture and mango pulp - Add whipped cream to it and give it an even mix - Add the mixture in a bowl and chill it for an hour in a refrigerator - Garnish it with fresh mango dices and mint leaves.
