-Water Melon cubes 2 cup ( Tarbooz ) remove the seeds -Cucumber 1/2 cup ( Kheera ) -Guava 1/4 cup ( Amrud ) -Kiwi 1/2 cup -Chikoo 1 cup ( Sapodilla) -Pineapple 1/4 cup ( Annas ) -Onion 1/4 cup ( Pyaz ) -Green chilies 2 tsp ( Hari Mirch ) -Black salt 1/2 tsp ( Kala Namak ) -Chaat Masala 1/2 tsp -Lemon Juice 1/2 tbsp -Fresh coriander 2 tbsp ( Hara Dhania ) -Roasted cumin powder 1/2 tsp ( zeera powder ) -Red chili powder 1/2 tsp ( Lal Mirch Powder ) -Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp ( Kali Mirch ) -Roasted walnuts 2 -3 tbsp ( Akharat)\
Direction For Making :
-Take a water melon cut into cubes remove the seeds. -Take a bowl add water melon cubes , kiwi , chikoo , pineapple , guava , cucumber , finely chopped onion , finely chopped green chilies , chopped fresh coriander , black salt , red chili powder , roasted cumin powder , chaat masala , lemon juice , black pepper powder. fresh coriander mix it well . -Take a serving plate transfer this chaat into plate add roughly chopped roasted walnuts place the fresh coriander leaves .
