-In a bowl add chicken add chicken tikka masala, salt , red chili powder , turmeric powder , lemon juice , yogurt , ginger , garlic paste mix well and rest it for 1 hour. -Take a wok add masala chicken cook for 2 -3 mins on high flame then add water mix well cover and cook for 20 -25 mins on low flame or until all water dries. -Let the chicken cool then separates the meat from bones, add boiled and mashed potatoes. -Take a bowl add bread slice add water then squeeze all water then add into chicken bowl. -Mix all together well. -Add roasted cumin powder , salt , red chili flakes , crushed coriander seeds lemon juice , melted butter ,chopped green chilies , chopped green coriander , chopped mint leaves , chopped onion, mix well make kabab shape. -take a egg add salt , red chili flakes whisk well then dip kabab into it. -Take a frying pan add oil fry kabab until golden and brown . -You can store these kabab in any zip lock bag for 2 weeks. -Enjoy these kabab in your Ramadan.
