Ingredients: Water: 1 Cup ( Pani ) Sugar: 1 Tsp ( Cheeni ) Butter: 1 Tsp ( Makhna) All purpose flour: 1 Cup ( Madia ) Butter: 1 Tbsp ( Makhan) Chopped Onion: 1 Medium Sized ( Pyaz ) Chicken Keema: 200g Green Chilies: 2-3 ( Hari Mirch ) White Pepper Powder: 1 Tsp ( Dakhni Mirch ) Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp ( Adrak , Lehsun ) Salt: 1 Tsp ( Namak ) Green Capsicum: 1/2 Cup finely chopped ( Shimla Mirch ) Carrot: 1/4 Cup finely chopped ( Gajar) Red Chili Flakes: 1 Tsp ( Dhara Mirch ) Water 1 cup ( Pani ) Corn Flour: 2 Tbsp Oreango Leaves 1 tsp Cheese Slice 2 Mozerrella Cheese: 1/2 cup grated Chopped Coriander Leaves: 1/2 Cup Whisked Egg: 2 Bread Crumbs as required Cooking Oil
Direction For Cooking:
-Take a wok add water , salt , sugar , butter let it boil on low flame then turn off the flame add all purpose flour mix it with water on low flame , cover and rest it for 10 mins. -Take a frying pan add butter let it melt then add finely chopped onion cook until its translucent . -Add chicken keema add ginger , garlic paste , chopped green chilies cook until it changes its color and all water dries. -Add salt , white pepper powder , red chili flakes cook for 2 mins. -Take a bowl add water and corn flour mix it well and set aside. -Add corn flour mixture into chicken mixture cook until all water dries then let it cool. -knead the dough for a min then roll the dough then cut into circle shape with any mold set aside -Now add chopped green coriander , mozzarella cheese , cheese slice mix it well. -Now take circle shape dough add chicken cheese mixture and seal properly. -Dip into egg then coat with bread crumbs and set aside. -You can stored these chicken pie for 3 weeks in any air tight box. -Fry these chicken pie on medium flame until golden brown. -Serve with any sauce
