We’re making a delicious home-style pasta loaded with tender boneless chicken, sautéed garlic, onions, crunchy capsicum, and carrots—spiced with chili flakes and oregano. It’s all tossed in a creamy, cheesy mix that melts right into every bite. Warm, flavorful, and super satisfying!
-In a large pot, boil water with a bit of salt. -Add your pasta and cook until al dente (soft but with a slight bite). -Drain and add oil mix it well then set aside. -Take a frying pan add cooking oil add butter let it melts add bone less chicken cook until changes its color then add chopped garlic cook it for a min. -Add onion cook it for 1 -2 mins then add all purpose flour cook it for 2 mins then add milk. -Add milk gradually there should be np lumps in mixture. -Add carrot and capsicum cook it for 2 mins add oregano powder , black pepper powder , red chili flakes , mixed herbs mix it well cook for 1 -2 mins. -Add cheddar cheese cook until it melts. -Add cooked pasta mix it well turn off the flame . -Take a serving dish add cooked pasta then add cheese slice as required then again add cooked pasta. -Add mozzarella cheese as required top up with chopped capsicum and sweet corns sprinkle some red chili flakes , and oregano leaves. -Baked the pasts for 10 -15 mins on 200 celsius. -Enjoy with family and friends.
