These tandoori bread rolls are the ultimate snack for any time of day—crispy on the outside, soft and flavorful on the inside. With two delicious fillings to choose from—one with a light egg mixture, the other with a cheesy vegetable medley—these rolls are a crowd-pleaser you’ll want to make again and again!
Ingredients :
-Bread slices as required -Eggs 2 -3 as required -Namak 1/4 tsp or as per taste ( Salt ) -Hara Dhania 2 tbsp ( Fresh coriander ) -Pyaz 2 -3 tbsp ( Onion ) -Gajar 1/4 cup ( Carrot ) -Tamatar 2 tbsp ( Tomato ) -Shimla Mirch 1/4 cup ( Capsicum ) -Cooking oil as required -Cheese as requied -Dhara Mirch 1/2 tsp ( Red chili Flakes ) -Kali Mirch 1/4 tsp ( Black pepper powder ) -Dry oregano Leaves 1/2 tsp -Tandoori Sauce as required -Tomato Ketchup as required
Direction for cooking :
-Take a bowl add chopped vegetables carrot , onion , capsicum , tomato mix it well and set aside. -Take another bowl add eggs add salt and fresh coriander whisk it well and set aside. -Take a bread slice cut it into strips. -Take a pan add some oil add bread strips on pan pour the egg mixture as shown in video. -Flip the bread slice add tandoori sauce as you like then add chopped vegetables and cheese cook it for a min, then roll it. -You can also sprinkle some rsd chili flakes , oregano leaves , and black pepper powder if you like. -Garnish with tomato ketchup and fresh chopped coriander. -Serve with tea and enjoy.
