-Boneless Chicken in Strips - 500 grams -Yogurt - 2 tbsp (Dahi ) -Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp ( Adrak , Lehsun) -Crushed Dried Red Chilies - 1 tsp ( Dhara Mirch ) -Black Pepper Powder - 1/2 tsp ( Kali Mirch ) -Roasted Cumin Seeds Powder - 1/2 tsp ( Zeera powder) -Coriander Seeds Powder - 1/2 tsp (Dhania powder) -Garam Masala Powder - 1/2 tsp -Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp ( Haldi powder ) - Red Chili Powder - 1 tsp ( lal Mirch Powder ) -Salt - 1/2 tsp ( Namak ) -Lemon Juice - 2 tsp -Red Food Color - 1/4 tsp -All purpose Flour - 1/2 cup ( Madia ) -Salt 1/2 tsp ( namak) -Garam masala 1/2 tsp -Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp ( Kali Mirch ) -Paprika powder 1/2 tsp -Chat Masala Powder - 1/2 tsp -Eggs - 2 -Red Chili Sauce - 1 tbsp -Green chili Sauce 1 tsp -Kashmiri Red Chili Powder - 1/2 tsp -Salt - 1/4 tsp -Cornflakes as required -Cooking oil as required
Direction for cooking:
Preparation for chicken --Take a dish add Yogurt ,Ginger Garlic Paste ,Crushed Dried Red Chilies ,Black Pepper Powder ,Roasted Cumin Seeds Powder , Coriander Seeds Powder ,Garam Masala Powder ,Turmeric Powder , lemon juice , red food color mix well then add chicken strips coat the chicken strips with yogurt mixture then rest it for 1 hour.
Preparation for dry mixture :
-Take a bowl add all purpose flour , salt , Garam masala ,Black pepper powder, Paprika powder , Chat Masala Powder mix well set aside.
Preparation For egg mixture :
Take a dish add eggs , red chili sauce , green chili sauce , kashmiri mirch , salt whisk well then set aside. -Now take chicken strip coat with dry mixture , then dip in egg mixture and at the end coat with corn flakes as required. -These chicken strips can be store in any air tight storage bag for 2 weeks. -Can be dip fry or air fry -Take a wok add cooking oil add coated chicken strips into oil use medium high flame fry until golden and crisp . -Serve with any sauce.
