-Baingan 2 ( Eggplant) -Besan 1 + 1/2 cup ( Gram flour ) -Namak 1 tsp ( Salt ) -Lal Mirch Powder 1 tsp ( Red chili Powder ) -Haldi Powder 1/4 tsp ( Turmeric Powder ) -Zard Rang 2 pinches ( Yellow Food color) -Zeera Powder 1 tsp ( Cumin Powder ) -Cooking oil as required -Pani as required -Salt 1/2 tsp ( Namak )
Direction For Cooking :
-Take Baingan cut into slices . -Take a bowl add water and salt soak them into water for 10 mins. -Take another bowl add gram flour salt , red chili, turmeric powder , yellow food color, cumin powder mix it well. -Now take baingan slice coat with gram flour set aside. -Take a frying pan add oil place baingan slice, use medium flame fry until both sides turns golden brown. -Serve with any sauce.
