Ingredients :
-Potato 3 large ( Aloo ) -Chicken boiled & shredded 1 cup -Namak 1 tsp ( Salt ) -Lal mirch powder 1 tsp ( Red chili powder ) -Dhania powder 1/2 tsp ( Coriander Powder ) -Zeera powder 1 tsp ( Cumin Powder ) -Dry Oregano Leaves 1 tsp -Kali Mirch powder 1/2 tsp ( Black pepper powder ) -Paprika powder 1/2 tsp -Hara Dhania 2 -3 tbsp chopped ( Fresh Coriander ) -Mozzarella Cheese Cube as required -Eggs 2 -Spring Roll sheets as required -Cooking oil for frying
Direction for cooking :
-Take a bowl add boil and mashed potatoes , boiled and shredded chicken , salt , red chili powder , black pepper powder , fresh coriander , coriander powder , cumin powder , paprika powder , dry oregano leaves min it well. -Take spring Roll cut into thin sprites and set aside. -Grease your hands take potato mixture add cheese cube and make a ball shape. -Dip well in egg then cover well with spring roll stripes well. -Fry then until golden and crispy in medium flame. -Serve with any sauce.
