-Kaddu one ( Bottle Gourd ) -Anday 3 ( Eggs ) -Tamatar 1/4 cup ( Tomato ) -Shimla Mirch 1/4 cup ( Capsicum ) -Hari Mirch 2 -3 ( Green Chilies ) -Pyaz 1/4 cup ( Onion ) -Namak 1/2 tsp or as per taste ( Salt ) -Kali Mirch 1/2 tsp or as per taste ( Black Pepper Powder ) -Zeera powder 1/2 tsp ( Roasted Cumin Powder ) -Dhara Mirch 1/2 tsp ( Red chili Flakes ) -Adrak 1 tbsp ( Ginger ) Chopped -Hara Dhania ( Fresh coriander ) -Hari Mirch 2 ( Green Chilies ) -Cooking Oil 2 tbsp
Direction For Cooking :
-Take a bottle gourd. -Peel the bottle Gourd. -Once peeled, grate the bottle gourd finely using a medium or fine grater. -After grating the bottle gourd, place it in your hands or a clean muslin cloth and gently squeeze out the excess water. -Take eggs in a bowl whisk the eggs well. -Add tomato , capsicum , onion , green chilies , grated kaddu , salt , black pepper powder , cumin powder , mix it well then set aside. -Take a frying pan add some oil spread it well. -Spread egg mixture then add some green chilies , sprinkle some of red chili flakes , add some fresh coriander , some chopped ginger , some bottle ground pieces use low flame. -Flip the Omelete with the help of plat cook until fully done. -Serve with bread or paratha and enjoy.
