Khajoor kay rolls : Ingredients: Dates 500 grams Almonds ½ cup Pistachios ½ cup Coconut 1 cup Cardamom powder 1 tsp Method: Remove the seeds from the dates and heat in oven for 2 minutes .now add almond, pistachios and cardamom powder mix and roll it .then garnish with dates and keen in freezer .when cool it then cut in to the pieces and serve it .
Mirch koftay : Ingredients: Beef Mince ½ kg Medium chili large 10 Cottage cheese 1 cup Salt 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp Onion (medium) 3 Tomatoes (medium) 4 Roasted chickpeas 4 tbsp Egg 1 Red chilli powder 1 tbsp Coriander powder 1 tbsp Fresh coriander ½ bunch Oil ½ cup Method: In mince onion, ginger garlic paste, roasted chick peas and salt add and grind it .now egg mix well and keep in refrigerator .now cut mark on chilies and remove the seeds and fill the crushed cottage cheese then coat the chilli with mince mixture. then keep in refrigerator .in a pan heat oil and chopped onion fry till than golden brown now add ginger ,garlic ,red chili powder ,coriander powder ,salt and tomatoes mix and roast .when tomatoes tender then half cup of water add and cook till than boil and add the koftay after this cook on slow flame for few minutes and garnish with green coriander then serve it.
Halawa : Ingredients: Sugar to taste Sesame seeds 2 cup Cooking chocolate 6 tbsp Pistachios (chopped) 6 tbsp Green cardamom 6-8 Almond (chopped) 6 tbsp Cream ½ cup Walnut 4 tbsp Method: Sugar mix in sesame seeds .now mixture separate in 6 parts then serve with different flavor like serve with almond then second walnut flavor and pistachios as like serve with other ingredient.
