Salsa Beans Salad: Ingredients: Red beans ½ cup White beans ½ cup Onion ¼ cup Tomatoes ¼ cup Capsicum ¼ cup Mint chopped 1 tbsp Coriander chopped 1 tbsp Green chili chopped 1 tbsp Tomato ketchup ½ cup Chili garlic sauce ¼ cup Lemon juice 2 tbsp Sugar 1 tbsp Salt as required Red chili crushed 1 tsp METHOD: Mix all ingredients in bowl.
Pasta Hara Masala: Ingredients: Pasta penne boiled 1 cup Oil ¼ cup Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp Chicken boneless julienned ½ cup Capsicum julienned ½ cup Tomato julienned ½ cup Mint chopped 2 tbsp Coriander chopped 2 tbsp Green chili paste 2 tbsp Yogurt ½ cup Salt as required Cumin 1 tsp White pepper 1 tsp Cream ½ cup METHOD: Ek blender men dhaniya, podina or hari mirchen dal ker pani kay sath blend ker len. ab ek pan men oil garam ker kay lehsan or adrak ka paste bhoon len or phir chicken dal ker fry ker len. ab green sauce, tamam masalay or cream dal ker itna pakaen kay sauce garha hojae akhir men pasta or tamam sabziyan dal ker mix keren or serve Karen.
Chicken Roulade: Ingredients: Chicken boneless fillet 500 gm Oil 2 tbsp Garlic paste 1 tbsp Mustard paste 1 tbsp Black pepper 1 tsp Salt as required Lemon juice 1 tbsp Cheese slices as required Mushroom chopped ¼ cup Capsicum chopped ¼ cup Ingredients for Sauce: Cream ½ cup Chicken powder 1 tsp Paprika ½ tsp Salt as required Black pepper crushed ½ tsp Sugar 1 tsp Chili garlic sauce 1 tbsp Method: chicken fillet ko center se kat ker hammer ker len ab oil, garlic paste, mustard paste salt, black pepper or lemon juice dal ker 1 ghantay kay liye marinade ker len. ab chicken fillet plate men bicha ker cheese slice, mushrooms or capsicum dal ker lapait len. phir plastic wrap me chicken ko lapait ker bandh den or ubaltay huway pani men dal ker 10 se 15 minutes kay liye ubal len. ab chicken ko pani se nikal ker plastic wrap khol len or ek pan men halka sa oil laga ker chicken ko 1 se2 minutes tak paka ker color de den. or phir pieces bana ker sauce dal ker serve karen.
sauce: method: frying pan men cream dal ker garam karen or phir tamam ajza dal ker mix ker kay mazeed 1 se 2 minutes tak pakaen sauce tayyar hai.
