Molten Middle Brownie :
INGREDIENTS:
Caster sugar 200 gm
Light brown sugar 200 gm
Eggs 4
Melted butter 200gm
Plain flour 300gm
Cocoa powder 120gm
Chocolate chips 150gm
Condensed milk ½ tin
METHOD:
Pre-heat oven to 180 C then grease and line a 20cm x 20cm brownie tin. Now beat both sugars and egg well. Then add butter, cocoa powder and fold in flour. Now pour half batter in baking tray then add condensed milk and half chocolate chips. Then add rest of the batter, chocolate chips and bake for 25 minutes.
Akkha Masoor ki Biryani:
INGREDIENTS:
Whole pink lentils (soaked) 500 gm Rice (soaked) 500 gm Tomatoes (chopped) 3 medium Fresh Coriander 1 cup Fried Onions 1 cup Red chilies 4 Green Chilies 4-5 Red chili powder 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp Cumin seeds 1 tsp Black peppercorn 1 tsp Coriander powder 1-1/2 tbsp Cinnamon 1 inch stick Bay leaf 2 Turmeric 1 tsp Cloves 4-5 Saffron water 1tbsp Orange food color 1 pinch Charcoal 1 piece Oil ½ cup Salt to taste Soaked plums 3-4 Lemon slices of 1 lemon
Method: Boil lentil with turmeric. Then boil rice with one thread left. Now heat oil then add whole all spices, ginger garlic paste, tomatoes and cook well. Then add red chili, turmeric, coriander powder, salt and cook. Now add boiled lentil and mix it. Then grease wok add cooked lentil masala, rice, lemon slices, coriander leaves, fried onion, saffron water, soaked plums, green chilies, food color and let it simmer. In last give coal smoke and serve.
