Method:- In a bowl add oil, eggs, vanilla essence, powdered sugar, refined flour, baking powder, carrots and mix well. Add milk, mix well and then with he help of a beater, beat the batter for 5 minutes on high flame. Grease a cake tin, cover it with butter paper and pour the batter in it. Tap the tin, place it inside a preheated oven for 40 mins at 180 C. Demold the cake, let it cool, apply the icing on it and sprinkle some sugar balls on it.
For Icing In a bowl add butter, sugar and mix well.
