Preheat the oven for 10 mins
Ingredients:-
100 gm Oil
2 Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla Essence
100 gm Powdered Sugar
100 gms Refined Flour
2 tsp Baking powder
2 Carrots, grated
1/2 cup Milk
For Icing
3 tbsp Icing Sugar
3 tbsp Butter
Sugar Balls
Method:-
In a bowl add oil, eggs, vanilla essence, powdered sugar, refined flour, baking powder, carrots and mix well.
Add milk, mix well and then with he help of a beater, beat the batter for 5 minutes on high flame.
Grease a cake tin, cover it with butter paper and pour the batter in it.
Tap the tin, place it inside a preheated oven for 40 mins at 180 C.
Demold the cake, let it cool, apply the icing on it and sprinkle some sugar balls on it.
For Icing
In a bowl add butter, sugar and mix well.
Our Christmas Special Carrot Cake is ready to eat.
