Ingredients:
Ready made Bhakri
3 Tomatoes, crushed
1 tbsp Garlic Chilli crush
1 Capsicum, chopped
1 Onion, chopped
1 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Mixed Herbs
1 tsp Chilli Flakes
Grated Cheese
Coriander Leaves
Salt to taste
Oil
Method:
- In a pan, heat some oil.
- Then add crushed garlic and chilli. Saute it for a minute.
- Add crushed tomato. Cook the tomato till the water in the tomato dries out.
- Then add black pepper powder, salt, coriander leaves & chilli flakes.
- Mix everything well. Topping is ready.
- Place a bhakri on a pan. Spread the topping generously. Also spread the capsicum and onion slices.
- Grate some cheese and cover it with a lid and let the cheese melt on a low flame.
- Bhakrizza is ready to serve!
