Ingredients: 1/2 tin cream style corn 2 & 1/2 cups vegetable stock 1/2 cup finely chopped carrots and french beans Salt 1/2 tsp sugar 1 tbsp green chilli sauce 1 tbsp water 1 tbsp corn flour Chilli vinegar White / Black Pepper (crushed)
Method: - In a pan mix cream style corn and water - Mix well and turn on the heat - Once the soup comes to boil, add the vegetables, salt, sugar, green chilli sauce - Let it boil for 2 mins - Meanwhile mix water and corn flour and add it to the soup - Boil for another 2 mins - Add chilli vinegar sauce, crushed pepper and serve hot
