00:00Today, Rupert nearly gets a new neighbour, in Rupert and the House That Never Was.

00:16There's a little bear that you've never seen before, who's a lot of fun.

00:56It's been lovely weather in Nutwood, and Rupert Bear is doing his homework in the garden.

01:10But he's easily distracted by a passer-by.

01:15Hello Drizzle, what are you doing in Nutwood?

01:22Drizzle works for the Wizard of the Wind, who controls the weather from his castle in the Might-Have-Been Mountains.
