Bhuna Gosht:
Ingredients
Mutton ½ kg Onion 2 Tomatoes ½ kg Red chilies round 6 Red chili powder 1tsp Turmeric 1tsp Salt 1tsp Bay leaf 1 Ginger 4tbsp Soya sauce 1tbsp Vinegar 1tbsp Green chilies 4 Garlic chopped 1tsp Barbeque sauce 2tbsp Oil as required
Method Heat oil fry garlic , add boil mutton , tomatoes , red chilies round, red chili powder, turmeric, salt , bay leaf, ginger and garlic roast well. Now add soya sauce, vinegar, barbeque sauce and green chilies simmer 5 min and serve.
Butter kabab :
Ingredients
Seekh kabab 1packet Butter 50gm Spring onion 250gm Tomatoes 250gm Green chilies 2 Salt ½ tsp Black pepper ½ tsp Red chili powder ½ tsp
Method Heat butter in a pan fry kababs, now add slice onions and remaining ingredients , lastly grill in the oven and serve.
Dum Aalu:
Ingredients
Boil potatoes 1kg Tamarind juice 1cup Cumin roasted 2tsp Red chili crushed 2tsp Salt 1tsp Coriander crushed 1tbsp Chat masala 2tsp Yogurt 250gm Tomatoes 2 Capsicum 2 Green chilies 6 Mint ½ bunch Oil 4tbsp Coal 1piece
Method Heat oil , now remove then add tamarind juice , cumin, red chilies crushed, salt, coriander crushed, chat masala and yogurt , now add boil potatoes mix well. Dish out it and add tomatoes, mint, capsicum , green chilies simmer with smoke and serve.
