This is traditional Pakistani dish. In this recipe we use mutton bong and rice as the main ingredients for this tasty meaty biryani.

Danda Biryani: Ingredients: Mutton 1-1/2 kg Soaked Rice 4 cups Onions (sliced) 2 Yogurt 2 cups Whole Garam Masala 3 tbsp Salt 1-1/2 tbsp Screw pine essence as required Red Chili Powder 2 tbsp Turmeric 1 tsp Garlic 2 tbsp Ginger 2 tbsp Oil ½ cup Yellow Food Color a pinch Green Chilies (sliced) 6-8
Method: • Heat oil, fry onions and garlic. • Now add garam masala and mutton and fry it for 10 minute. • Add red chili powder and turmeric to the wok and fry more • Add 5 cups water and wait till it reached boil, add salt and cook till mutton is tender on low flame. • And yogurt Remove when water dries off. • Boil rice with salt, drain water and mix it with mutton and serve .
Grilled Chicken: Ingredients: Chicken 2 legs Lemon Juice 2 tbsp Oyster Sauce 2 tbsp Soy Sauce 1 tbsp Vinegar 1 tbsp Sugar 1 tbsp Hot Chili sauce 2 tsp Garlic Powder 1 tsp Ginger Powder ½ tsp Oil 4 tbsp Method: Mix all ingredients in a bowl and marinate chicken Then grilled chicken or baked in oven. When chicken half cook applies remaining marinate mixture with the help of brush till chicken gets tender.
Mango Colada: Ingredients: Mango 1cup Coconut Milk Powder 3 tbsp Vanilla Ice Cream 4 scoops Pineapple Juice ½ cup Ice (crushed) 1 cup Method: Put mangoes, coconut milk powder, vanilla ice cream, pineapple juice and crushed ice and blend well.
