00:00Cam Schlittler. Now, the jokes can be made all about the name, but once you see his last start
00:05out, I think he went six innings, struck out nine. I mean, the Yankees could really use,
00:10or another team could really use something like that. Talk to me a little bit about Cam.
00:16Well, or you could just talk more about Marcus Stroman. You think Yankee fans want to talk more
00:22about, I think they want to see more Marcus Stroman. Is that what you want to see if you're
00:25Yankee fan? Just out of curiosity. I don't know. I mean, I think that Aaron Boone, I said this
00:30yesterday, I'm going to stand by it. Aaron Boone would rather tear his other ACL playing basketball
00:35like he did years ago in 2004 or whatever. Well, you know, every 2003, then they have to watch
00:41another Marcus Stroman start. That's my instinct. But Cam Schlittler, which is a fun name to say,
00:47has been terrific. So he makes the jump from double A here in Somerset, 53 innings there,
00:5364 strikeouts, 17 walks. He goes up and four starts to triple A is dominating their 169 ERA.
01:00He's got 33 strikeouts. So just eight walks over that period, a sub one whip, again, everything you
01:05could possibly want. So Schlittler has worked himself into either an asset in a trade for the
01:10Yankees to do something, or maybe an asset in this rotation. And I think it would be smarter right now
01:15for the Yankees to bring this kid up at some point and see what he's got. Because to me, if you're the
01:22Yankees, you spent a lot on coal, you spent a lot on breed, you might want to get some discounts on
01:29that rotation at some point with some guys from within to balance that out. And yes, if he does
01:34come up, I do want to sell t-shirts that say the Schlitter's full. Can I sell those? That'd be fun.
