00:18cooper flag was minus 170 well minus 190 now bailey and trey johnson are plus 850 apiece

00:24we then get 12 to 1 on dylan harper and then the board starts to fall a little bit further with

00:30vj edgecombe derrick queen jeremiah fears knipple and yegor demon getting a little bit of love

00:36uh from the odds makers you're a guy that fans must be flooding the market right now people are trying

00:43to combat me with their yegor demon bets um that is an atrocious bet cosper yacuchona says way better

00:49of a chance no i was gonna say him than yegor demon um how do i want to frame this betting a

00:58defensive player of the year next year right assuming you're not betting wendy is gonna feel

01:04like maybe he gets hurt it's the judge thing right maybe but is cooper flag that level for you

01:22you he won rookie of the year honestly i'm gonna say there's a chance he may not okay and and to me

01:42same position right small forward power forward and for every guy they move i think you could slice

01:47ace bailey's number by a dollar because it's going to be that two or three more shot attempts for ace

01:53i think that's the interesting thing and i think the same thing happens honestly really quick with

01:59trey johnson you don't realize folks washington has a top 10 protected pick in next year's draft if

02:05they go 11 to 30 it goes to the knicks they also have over 100 million dollars coming off on the cap

02:10between mccollum middleton smart and kelly olenek at what point do they throw the towel in and trade all

02:19these guys off and give someone like trey johnson the minute and shot attempts because if you look

02:26carefully at dallas could cooper flag get you i'm gonna say a max

03:13different ways number one the line is there for a cooper flag because the books are trying to

03:18protect themselves they're never gonna hang a big number on it number two uh cooper flag to score 40

03:23plus points at plus 300 is a far better bet and if he's gonna be putting up performances like that

03:27he's probably on his way to winning a rookie year not saying a single game of 40 points is going to

03:32solidify it but i would equate this to when conor berdard in the nhl won rookie of the year it's there

03:39were there was a conversation we had that the example is that luke hughes and or brock faber were

03:44more uh worthy of that award because of some of their underlying numbers which were better but

03:50at a certain point they're like again if you played 72 games is he he's just going to win the award kind

03:54of thing and that was the feeling i had for bedard and it's he's the same type of prospect he is like

03:59a generational prospect that was guaranteed to go number one and if he just plays enough games we can

04:04make the argument that ace bailey did more scores more does this more but the voters are they just

04:09gonna end up giving it to cooper flag i don't think they'll just give it to him but as long as his

04:15numbers are good enough he will win it but i think what my thing is the tone of that suggests that

04:21cooper might win it even if he's not most deserving i i don't think that is going to be i think there's i

04:27think there's a path to it being a possibility not it's a guarantee but it's a possibility i think it is

04:33unlikely well here's why i guess i think i will be surprised if he is not most deserving of this

04:39award i'm not saying that can't happen either i'm saying but the for cooper flag the reality is he's

04:47the best player in this class and is going to seemingly the best year one situation where

04:57ace in utah is going to be bad trey's going to be weirdly fighting for minutes in washington

05:02more than you would think and they're going to be bad harper's going to have to do this split

05:07backcourt thing with the aaron fox like i'd listen to a fierce starting in new orleans for

05:13dejontha murray case but hoop is starting and the best player on maybe the best team

05:18is going to have to do this is going to be one of the best players that have to do this for yes it is

05:36is going to be one of the best players that have to be in the world you want to do this for you and
