00:23it was the Warriors' veteran leadership that led them all the way through.

00:26What has to change?

00:27And maybe it's not so simple as, yes, getting better guard play.

00:30Is it tempo? Is it strategy? Is it pushing the pace?

00:34What needs to change in game number two for us to believe

00:49I mean, if you look at the first, second, fourth, they were even.

00:52You just can't let games get away from you at any point in the playoffs.

01:05You can't allow a team, after winning in the first quarter,

01:08to shoot 10 of 16 from the floor, 4 out of 7 from 3,

01:12and you shoot 1 out of 6 from 3.

01:14You have to do a better job of securing and getting stops,

01:19not letting Steph Curry go nuclear in the second quarter.

01:22That's the model that you have to say to your team.

01:25And when you look at film, guys, you may take one or two approaches.

01:29You may show them, hey, this is all the stuff we did right for three quarters,

01:33or you literally have done this before.

01:35You put the tape on, you let them watch the whole second quarter,

01:38and you don't say a word.

01:39If that doesn't get you motivated for a game two, I don't know what will.
