00:00Looking at the NL West as a whole, Corbin Carroll has a fracture in his left wrist, right?
00:03So the Diamondbacks, to me, are essentially out of it, and you have to bet on them accordingly.
00:08Also, look to them come trade deadline, because there are some names that can come from there.
00:13So talk a little bit about Corbin Carroll, and then we can touch a little bit on the Marlins, and then we'll get to the Mets.
00:20Yeah, well, look, when Corbin Burns went down, we said, Diamondbacks, you should get out.
00:24But they kept winning games, and I get that.
00:26It's hard for a fan base, especially one that went to the World Series a couple years ago, that's got so much competition in it, and a good team, to say we're not legitimate contenders.
00:35But I don't think if you look at that pitching staff with Zach Gallin and Brenna Fott and think that they were legitimate contenders, especially in that division.
00:41The Giants are great.
00:42The Dodgers are great.
00:43The Padres are better than them and healthier, too, for the most part, except for Michael King.
00:47So, yeah, at this point, I think you should be sellers.
00:49I understand that's very difficult.
00:51They're four games out of the wild card, but to me, I think, you know, you're going to miss not only this season for, you know, Corbin Burns, but next season for Corbin Burns.
01:01And Corbin Carroll, you don't know when he's going to come back and what he's going to look like when he comes back.
01:05We've seen wrist injuries and hand injuries, zap guys of power.
01:08So, to me, it's just a smart, important thing to do.
01:11Maybe not rebuild, just retool.
01:13And I think the Diamondbacks can do that and stay competitive for next year and see what happens.
01:17But they've got to get more pitching because pitching has been a deficit this season.
