Dave & Chuck the Freak talk about a guy who was arrested after assaulting people with items from a dumpster, which reminds James of a couple times when he had to kick guys out of dumpsters while working at the gas station.

00:00we're off to canada's florida chatham ontario where a dumpster diver is accused of assaulting
00:12people with garbage bags i remember when that town was beautiful boy a 25 year old man going
00:20to be spending some time at the courthouse in chatham ontario after allegedly jumping out of
00:24a dumpster and swinging garbage bags at an apartment manager this happened monday morning
00:30on grand avenue in chatham the manager approached him said hey out of that dumpster yeah the guy was
00:38rummaging through their dumpster at the time when the guy came out he grabbed a couple of bags with
00:45him and started swinging them oh man at the owner of the apartment sure this dumpster diver has been
00:51charged with uttering threats and assault taken to the courthouse pending a bail hearing he is of no
00:58fixed address really uh yeah yes seems that dumpster probably is his home yeah probably my address the
01:05dumpster of that apartment complex right there yeah you get off my property yeah i guess the address
01:10would be bfi ah yeah no be thankful you don't live in a dumpster you threw all your garbage in my house
01:18yeah you guys never had to kick somebody out of a dumpster before have you no no no i haven't
01:22actually quite the experience you had to kick a hobo out of the dumpster also like station or the
01:27grocery store a gas station at the gas station i had to kick a couple of hobos out of my dumpster
01:32they were living in it not that well one guy had like a whole like little thing set up so every
01:37morning when i when i would go take out the trash i'd have to knock all this crap over oh throw it
01:41away so then he would fish it out yeah then there was one guy that was actually in there when i was
01:46throwing garbage in there oh no he threw it on top of him oh no but you could hear him shuffling
01:51around and i'm thinking it's a huge rat or something oh yeah it was worse it was an actual
01:56human human rat yeah human rat going through the old roller grill stuff that's really they kind of
02:03are right human rats yeah exactly what he was like the same kind of stuff same smell i don't know who
02:08was more embarrassed me or him what do you say yeah what was your interaction with that please can
02:12you get out please well first i like started checking the gate real loud like trying to scare
02:17whatever it was that was in there yeah and then the guy's like hey i'm in here i'm like it's a
02:24bathroom yeah exactly and i was like what are you doing in the dumpster and then i realized what
02:30was going on oh i'm like dude you can't be in there he understood but i was like i had to be
02:36very nice because i was like yeah i felt bad for the guy yeah when you see the dude eating like
02:40sandwiches and stuff that you threw out that morning that's sad yeah it's not as humorous but
02:45it's very uncomfortable yeah like old unexpected old roller food and stuff yeah like the guy that
02:50had a whole setup like he was more of a like a a dick he was he was more he was meaner than this
02:57guy yeah the guy that i had to throw like knock down his stuff every day he would come in every
03:03morning with a cup like that's what he had he would take our cups and he would come in because
03:06we wouldn't charge you to like get ice and stuff yeah so we'd come in with the cups that we would
03:10throw away and get ice and then he was just a real a-hole to everybody inside the gas station so i took
03:15pleasure in knocking his stuff down like i actually had like a whole sleeve of cups that he was taking
03:21so if a cup drops on the floor we have to throw it away yes we had this whole sleeve of cups so i was
03:25like all right i'm gonna show you i went inside i got a pencil and i popped a hole in the bottom of
03:29every single cup put him back in the stack and put him right back where he left them so that way
03:33when he came in all of his cups had holes in it oh my god take that hobo you don't have a house
03:40take that take that hobo james was in a really dark was in a really dark place yes yeah he's in
03:52such a dark place i got some pleasure out of messing with that guy that was my only pleasure he was he was
03:56in a real dark spot yeah he was take that hobo take that hobo angry hobo man i thought he'd put
04:04on his denim shirt and sit on the edge of his bed and cry before he went to work at the gas station
04:08right yeah and all that guy had to do was be like hey i can see your pit stains and your denim shirt
04:11and then i would go cry you know it was an easy easy comeback yeah you know that was my little bit
04:18pleasure i'd get low blow hobo low blow hobo too much hobo too much having to kick a grown man out
04:26of a dumpster's weird experience well this guy says he dumps dumpsters for a living he says there's
04:31actually a few stops that i always have to shake the dumpsters to wake the guy up yeah i've heard
04:35about that too the stories when people would come take out the trash and they'd come in to get a drink
04:39they'd tell you about we'd share stories of kicking out hobo from dumpsters old tales from from the war
04:45oh my god the war on hobos yeah
04:48it's not a war i've heard of
04:52it's out there today we talk about the war on hobos it's happening
04:56hobo just like from the 1920s i know right
05:02no it's like somebody who jumps on a train

05:12i knew i should have jumped out the window
