Introduction
There are various types of Kebabs that are made and eaten in probably every part of the world. But the common of all is the basic Chicken Seekh Kababs. They are spicy, made from a Chicken minced mixture, with spices, and then either fried, grilled, roasted, or even cooked on an open fire. Today there is a new variety here called the Chocolate Kebab, which looks like toffee but is a Chicken Seekh wrapped in a foil. Commonly these kebabs are served with green chutney, salad, and lemon. Make this over the weekend for your family, they're all going to love it.

Chicken Chocolate Kebab Ingredients -

For the Kebab Mixture -
250 gms Chicken Mince
2-inch Ginger (chopped)
2 tbsp Garlic (chopped)
4 Green Chillies (chopped)
½ cup Coriander Leaves
Salt (as required)
¼ cup Cream
¼ tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Chaat Masala
1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
½ tsp Red Chilli Powder
